In 2000 he founds MFO Ltd. and becomes its shareholder and President of the Board. In years 2000-2013 he leads to a dynamic expansion of the company – under the management of Tomasz Mirski MFO becomes a domestic leader in the sales of steel reinforcements for PVC windows and at the same time starts the production of complex special profiles.
In 2011, together with other shareholders, he transforms MFO into a joint-stock company.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok (economic and financial specialization) and Studies in Accounting at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. A graduate of doctoral studies at the Collegium of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. In the years 2004 - 2010 he rendered legal assistance for the commercial company ASCON Ltd. which was the sole representative of the German company PLUSTEC.
A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technologies at the Warsaw University of Technology (in the field of telecommunications). In the years 2000-2002 he started his professional career as a launch specialist in an international telecommunications company - SIEMENS. In the years 2002-2003 he co-founded and was the production director in PVC windows manufacturer – WERK Ltd.
