Drywall Steel Sections

Simple ceiling construction – applicable in rooms of maximal width of 4 meters and maximal area op to 16m2. For bigger areas, two-layered construction should be applied. Advantages of suspended ceilings:

• quick montage of preassembled construction 
• easily adjustable distance from the ceiling
• good sound and thermal insulation
• the possibility of lighting systems and ventilation grilles assembly 
• the possibility of air conditioning and other installations assembly
• high fire protection 

Partition walls made with the application of CW and UW profiles are so-called light steel framing constructions. Advantages of such solutions are:

• low weight (starting from 26 kg / m2)
• higher sound and thermal insulating capability
• elimination of plastering technology 
• quick assembly – including door enterings  
• easy disassembly
• convenient wiring installation
• perfectly smooth surfaces

Top hat profiles are used for direct assembly of plasterboards:

• when making ceiling or wall coverings with a small mounting height or width
• used in places requiring a minimal thickness of the lining
• the possibility of direct assembly to concrete walls, wooden ceilings

Our sections are packed in bundles. Materials used for packaging:

• Plastic tapes or steel tapes, made of hot rolled or lacquered steel according to PN-EN 13246 or PN-EN13247
• Wooden blocks
• EUR-pallets
• Other packaging materials in accordance to Customers’ requirements
